Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your trip start time. Cancellations are refunded minus a 5% cancellation fee.
Inside 48 Hours
If you cancel less than 48 hours before your trip start time — or don't show — your booking is non-refundable.
River & Weather Calls
If we cancel a trip because of unsafe water levels or severe weather, you get a full refund or free rebooking — your choice.

Trip Reminders
River trips operate 8 AM - 2 PM (latest start time is 2 PM)
Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in
All boats must have life jackets for each person (provided)
Coolers must have fastened lids or be tied down
All can beverages must be in a floating holder
